Terms of Use

By using our website, booking a lesson or joining a class, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Parents or guardians must accept these terms for students under 18.

New students can book a free 30-minute first lesson with a level check. There is no contract and no obligation to continue. We may limit the free lesson to one per student.

Students and teachers receive a personal dashboard account. Keep your login private and do not share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Classes run live online, usually between 7:00 and 22:30. You can reschedule for free up to 4 hours before a lesson starts. Lessons cancelled later, or missed without notice, may count as used.

Prices are shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden fees. Refunds for unused lessons follow the package you purchased. Please contact us if you have a question about a payment.

• Be polite to teachers and other students.
• Do not share offensive, illegal or harmful content.
• Do not record, copy or share lessons without permission.

We may pause or end access if these rules are broken.

Lesson materials, practice exercises, texts, logos and designs belong to Next Level English or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or publish them without written permission.

We work hard to give you excellent lessons, but we cannot promise a specific exam score or result, because progress depends on your practice. Our website and dashboard are provided as available, and we are not liable for interruptions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Using our services after an update means you accept the new version. You can stop using our services at any time.
