• Class information: lesson schedule, attendance, teacher feedback and learning progress.
• Account information: login details for the student and teacher dashboard.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information that helps the site work properly.

We use your information to:

• arrange your free first lesson and contact you about it;
• schedule, deliver and improve your classes;
• send reminders, notifications and important service messages;
• keep our website and dashboard secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your teacher and our academic team see the information needed to run your lessons. We may use trusted providers for hosting, messaging and video classes. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Our website stores your language choice and your practice progress in your own browser. This data stays on your device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

We protect your data with access controls and secure connections. We keep your information only as long as you are a student or as needed to meet legal duties. Trial enquiries that do not become students are deleted after a reasonable period.

Next Kids lessons are booked by parents or guardians. We collect a child's information only with a parent or guardian's consent and only to teach the child.
